Establishes a fund for school bus stop safety cameras and outlines their use and retention.

The bill creates a school bus stop safety camera fund to support local governments in installing, maintaining, and monitoring bus stop cameras. The fund will be administered by the Department for Local Government. Video images from these cameras can only be accessed by qualifying school districts for student discipline, law enforcement, or in response to a subpoena. Local governments must retain video images for 60 days, except in specific circumstances like felony prosecution or subpoenas, where retention extends to two years.
