Establishes a domestic violence offender registry for persistent offenders in Kentucky.

This bill creates a domestic violence offender registry in Kentucky for individuals convicted of domestic violence offenses. Persistent offenders, defined as those with at least two prior convictions or placements on pretrial diversion, must register. The Justice and Public Safety Cabinet will maintain the registry, which includes personal information and photographs of offenders. The duration of registration varies based on the number of prior offenses, ranging from five to twenty years.
