Amends land use regulations to require subdivision plats to be recorded in a plat cabinet.
Amends the Kentucky Revised Statutes to require the county clerk to provide a plat cabinet for subdivision plats that exceed specified dimensions. After approval by the planning commission, the plat must be recorded at the subdivider's expense. The plat must be in the form of a rectangle, and the clerk is not required to record a plat exceeding twenty-four inches on one side and thirty-six inches on the other.
