Kentucky HB670 requires public elementary and secondary schools to display the Ten Commandments in each classroom. The display must be on a poster or framed document, at least 16 inches by 20 inches, with the text printed in a large, easily readable font. Public postsecondary education institutions must also display the Ten Commandments in each classroom by January 1, 2027. Schools and institutions must not use public funds for these displays and should only accept donated displays that meet the requirements.
