Kentucky HB611 requires the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to design a uniform reporting form, known as the JC-3, for crimes involving domestic violence, child abuse, childhood sexual assault, elder victimization, and related services. The Department of Kentucky State Police must provide statistical information from these forms to the Criminal Justice Statistical Analysis Center. The bill also mandates the collection of data on domestic violence fatalities, domestic violence and abuse, and dating violence and abuse, and requires the production of an annual report by the center.
