Kentucky HB608, also known as Trey's Law, invalidates any nondisclosure or confidentiality provisions that prevent disclosure of acts of sexual abuse. This includes sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, rape, sodomy, sexual abuse of minors, sexual misconduct, indecent exposure, human trafficking, unlawful transactions with minors, sexual extortion, sexual exploitation of minors, and grooming behavior. The law allows other settlement agreement provisions to remain confidential.
