Expands Medicaid coverage for elderly Kentuckians to include adult day health care and in-home attendant care services. Requires the Department for Medicaid Services to include coverage for these services in each 1915(c) waiver program that enrolls adult participants. Prohibits a single or combined coverage limit for the two services. The Department must request federal authorization or approval to implement these provisions and may delay implementation until approval is granted.
