Allows adopted persons and their preadoptive siblings, both aged 18 or older, to share information with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to.

Kentucky HB507 amends adoption laws to allow adopted persons and their preadoptive siblings, both aged 18 or older, to file information with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. This information includes their present location and known antecedents, with the intent to be reunited with their preadoptive siblings. If a sibling has also filed similar information and authorized its release, the cabinet will share the information to facilitate reunions.
