Kentucky HB484 amends domestic relations law to address visitation and parenting time issues.
Kentucky HB484 modifies the state's domestic relations law by allowing courts to order additional visitation or parenting time if a party fails to comply with a decree or temporary order. The additional time must match the denied visitation in type and duration, include weekends, holidays, and summer periods, and be scheduled according to the prevailing party's preference. The court may order this additional time to occur within two years of the non-compliance finding.
