Allows at-home private school students to participate in public school extracurricular activities.

The Play Fair Kentucky Act allows students from at-home private schools to participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities at public schools. Eligible students must meet the same eligibility requirements as public school students, including academic standards, fees, and conduct. Transportation is the responsibility of the student or their parent or guardian. Public schools cannot discriminate against these students in team selection or competition.
