Kentucky HB413 proposes amendments to Sections 71 and 82 of the Constitution of Kentucky to establish term limits for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor. The proposed changes would make an individual ineligible for the office of Governor after serving two consecutive terms, and ineligible for the office of Lieutenant Governor after serving two consecutive terms. The amendment will be submitted to voters for ratification or rejection at the next regular election.
