Kentucky HB381 provides tuition-free education for veterans and their families.

Kentucky HB381 amends state law to provide tuition-free education for the nonremarried spouses and children, stepchildren, or orphans of deceased veterans, as well as for permanently and totally disabled members of the Kentucky National Guard or Reserve Component and war veterans. The bill specifies that the beneficiaries must meet certain age and residency requirements and that the parent-child or spousal relationship must be documented.
