Kentucky HB366 amends the law to criminalize possession or viewing of matter depicting sexual performances by minors. The bill specifies that knowingly possessing or viewing such material is a Class D felony if the minor is under 18, and a Class C felony if the minor is under 12. The law does not apply to accidental viewings, law enforcement investigations, or civil or criminal litigation. It also exempts minors, their parents or guardians, and school administrators investigating violations.
