Allows landlords to terminate rental agreements if law enforcement or fire services are called more than three times in six months due to tenant.

Kentucky HB337 creates a new section in the Kentucky Revised Statutes allowing landlords to terminate rental agreements if law enforcement or fire protection services are dispatched to a property more than three times in any six-month period due to tenant conduct. Upon termination, landlords must return any unused prepaid rent. This provision applies unless otherwise specified in KRS 383.300 and 383.302.
