Exempts affordable housing and homeless shelters developed by religious institutions from zoning regulations in Kentucky.

This bill creates an exemption for affordable housing and homeless shelters developed by religious institutions from zoning regulations in Kentucky. Affordable housing is defined as residential units for households with income not exceeding 80% of the area median income. Homeless shelters must be operated by a religious institution and provide overnight sleeping accommodations, meals, and ancillary services.
