Establishes exclusive jurisdiction for Kentucky courts in disputes involving contractors and real property.

The bill creates a new section in Kentucky Revised Statutes to establish that courts in Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction over legal actions arising from work performed by contractors involving real property located within the state. This applies to any estate, easement, fixture, interest, or improvements on the property. The provision overrides any other law to the contrary.
