Kentucky HB320 amends the definition of promoting human trafficking to include benefiting financially from human trafficking or knowingly recruiting, enticing, or soliciting individuals for trafficking. It also increases the penalty for promoting human trafficking to a Class B felony, or a Class A felony if the victim is under 18 years old.
