Kentucky HB32 mandates coverage for epinephrine devices in health benefit plans for public employees.

Kentucky HB32 requires all health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after July 12, 2006, to public employees to cover at least two medically necessary epinephrine devices per person annually. The bill limits cost-sharing for this coverage to $100 per year. The provisions apply to health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after the effective date of the act.
