Kentucky HB258 modifies the state's transportation laws to allow vehicles transporting specific goods to exceed certain weight limits. Vehicles transporting fluid milk, meats, agricultural crop products, livestock, poultry, primary forest products, and supplies for farming operations can exceed weight limits by up to 10% tolerance, except on interstate highways.
