Kentucky HB247 ensures that disabled war veterans, 100% service-connected disabled veterans, prisoners of war, and missing in action members of the Armed Forces do not pay tuition at state-supported universities, community colleges, or vocational training institutions for up to 128 credit hours. The bill also extends benefits to spouses and children of permanently and totally disabled Kentucky National Guard or Reserve Component members injured on duty.
