Kentucky HB20 mandates coverage for reproductive health care, including in vitro fertilization and intrauterine insemination.

Kentucky HB20 amends state law to require all health benefit plans to cover in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, and other assisted reproductive technologies. The bill also mandates coverage for hearing aids and related services for insured individuals under 18 years old, and for the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders. Effective January 1, 2027, these provisions apply to health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after that date.
