Introduced·1/7/26
Bill Text

Allows patriotic organizations to provide information to students on school property.

This bill creates a new section in Kentucky law to allow patriotic organizations to provide information to students on school property. The organizations can request to speak to students at least once a year. The information can include presentations in classrooms, during lunch, or at assemblies, and printed materials. The bill defines "organization" as those identified in U.S. Code that consist of youth members or offer youth programming of an educational, civic, character-building, patriotic, or moral nature, without disrupting the educational process.
