Kansas SB56 allows licensed retailers, drinking establishments, and third-party delivery services to deliver alcoholic liquor and cereal malt.

Kansas SB56 authorizes licensed retailers, drinking establishments, and third-party delivery services to deliver alcoholic liquor and cereal malt beverage to patrons within the state. Licensed retailers and drinking establishments can authorize third-party delivery services to conduct deliveries on their behalf. Third-party delivery services must hold a permit and implement training programs for their delivery personnel. Deliveries can only occur within a 25-mile radius from the licensed premises, and alcohol must be kept in the original unopened container.
