Increases annual transfers from the lottery operating fund to the community crisis stabilization centers fund and the clubhouse model program fund.

This bill amends the Kansas lottery operating fund to increase the annual transfers to the community crisis stabilization centers fund and the clubhouse model program fund of the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. Specifically, it mandates that 75% of the remaining moneys credited to the lottery operating fund from sports wagering revenues be transferred to the community crisis stabilization centers fund, and 25% be transferred to the clubhouse model program fund.
