Kansas SB473 authorizes Audubon of Kansas to receive certain property in Wabaunsee county, with conditions for its use and reversion to the state.

Kansas SB473 allows the state historical society to transfer property in Wabaunsee county to Audubon of Kansas, provided the deeds and conveyances are reviewed and approved by the state historical society. The property must be used for public recreation purposes, and if not, or if Audubon of Kansas ceases to exist, the property reverts to the state historical society.
