SB472

Kansas SB472 authorizes the administrator to set and the commissioner to publish certain fees, and eliminates the 10% credit to the state general.

Kansas SB472 amends the Kansas Securities Act to allow the administrator to set and the commissioner to publish fees for various activities, including applications, filings, and renewals. It also eliminates the 10% credit to the state general fund for agencies funded by these fees, directing all such funds to the relevant fee fund. The bill includes provisions for investor education and protection, establishing a fund for these purposes and allowing the administrator to collaborate with organizations for initiatives.
