Chamber Passed·3/20/26

Allows Kansas counties and cities to sell alcoholic beverages 23 hours a day, seven days a week during the FIFA 2026 World Cup.

Kansas SB393 allows any county or city to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages 23 hours a day, seven days a week for the duration of the FIFA 2026 World Cup. This temporary change overrides existing statutes and rules governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
