Expands eligibility for Kansas K-12 students scholarship program to include certain high school students and students in certain school districts.

The bill amends the tax credit for low income Kansas K-12 students scholarship program to expand eligibility for scholarships to certain high school students and students eligible to be enrolled in certain school districts. It increases the tax credit for contributions and the aggregate tax credit limit, and provides for aggregate tax credit limit increases under certain conditions. The program is administered by the state treasurer, who will adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this section.
