Establishes a fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) advisory task force to prevent FASD and provide support for affected individuals and families.

The bill establishes a fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) advisory task force to prevent FASD and provide for the identification, treatment, and support of affected individuals and their families. The task force will consist of state officials and public members, including health, education, and criminal justice professionals. It will develop a strategic plan, increase awareness, provide training, and serve as a resource for FASD-related issues. The task force will report annually to the governor and the legislature, starting in 2026.
