Establishes a property tax task force to study and recommend improvements to Kansas' property tax system.

The bill creates a property tax task force to review and suggest improvements to Kansas' property tax system. The task force will consist of nine members, including legislative committee chairs and members appointed by the president of the senate and the speaker of the house. The task force will submit a report by January 31, 2026, with recommendations to improve the property tax law. The provisions of this act expire on January 31, 2026.
