Kansas SB13 removes the need for labor organizations to file their constitution, bylaws, and annual reports, as well as the fees associated with such filings. It also eliminates the requirement for business agents of labor organizations to register and the associated fees and filings. Additionally, the bill removes the need for the board of regents to file reciprocal agreements for the use of educational facilities. It eliminates the requirement for the secretary of revenue to file an annual report and lists of tax indebtedness and liabilities.
