Kansas HB2800 prohibits state moneys and student fees from being used or commingled to compensate collegiate student athletes for their name, image, likeness rights, or athletic reputation. This includes technical colleges, municipal colleges, community colleges, state educational institutions, private postsecondary educational institutions, and not-for-profit corporations controlled by a college, university, or institution for operating athletic programs.
