Establishes the Born to Invest Act to inform Kansas families about government-administered savings accounts for newborns.

The Born to Invest Act requires the Office of Vital Statistics to provide data to the Office of the State Treasurer for distributing informational materials about government-administered savings accounts. These accounts include Trump accounts for children born on or after January 1, 2025, and ABLE savings accounts for those born on or after July 1, 2026. The data may include the child's name, parent's or guardian's mailing address, and birth date.
