This bill amends Kansas statutes to decrease the rate of ad valorem tax levied by school districts and requires transfers to the state school district finance fund. Specifically, it modifies the tax rate for school districts and mandates that the director of accounts and reports transfer certified amounts from the state general fund and budget stabilization fund to the state school district finance fund.
