Kansas HB2766 amends state law to explicitly prohibit artificial persons, including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, from engaging in election activity or ballot-issue activity. These activities include paying, contributing, or expending money or anything of value to support or oppose a candidate, political party, or political committee, or to support or oppose a constitutional amendment or other question submitted to the electors.
