Modifies the criminal code to increase penalties for knowingly exposing others to life-threatening communicable diseases. It includes otherwise lawful or unlawful sexual intercourse or sodomy, selling or donating infected blood or body fluids, and sharing needles. Violation of this section is a severity level 1-3 person felony. The act amends and repeals existing sections of the criminal code.
