Kansas HB2549 requires all individual and group health insurance policies, medical service plans, and contracts to cover the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS) and pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections (PANDAS) starting January 1, 2027.
