Kansas HB2493 amends the state's election laws to require anyone delivering an advance voting ballot on behalf of another voter to include their driver's license number in a written statement on the ballot envelope. This statement must be signed by both the voter and the person delivering the ballot and must affirm that the person delivering the ballot is a qualified elector, has not exerted undue influence on the voter's decision, and has not delivered more than ballots on behalf of other voters during the election.
