Imposes restrictions on websites accepting voter registration applications.

Requires websites accepting voter registration applications to use data security methods and not sell, share, store, or transmit any information except to the appropriate county election office. County election officials shall not accept any electronic voter registration application from websites not meeting these requirements. The secretary of state must adopt rules and regulations to implement these provisions by January 1, 2027.
