Permits hunters who are federally licensed drone operators to use drones to locate wounded or recently deceased deer. Requires hunters to obtain permission from the landowner before launching or landing a drone on private property. Prohibits the use of drones to harass wildlife or pursue animals that have been harassed by drones. Excludes the use of drones for locating wounded or deceased deer from the definition of "take." Amends existing laws to reflect these provisions and repeals certain sections.
