Kansas HB2417 amends the technology-enabled fiduciary financial institutions act to authorize the state bank commissioner to revoke a charter for technology-enabled fiduciary financial institutions. This action requires a finding of non-compliance with the act or its regulations. The institution has the right to appeal the revocation order to the legislative coordinating council. A final revocation cannot occur without a majority vote in the council.
