Extends the availability of a Kansas income tax credit for contributions to Friends of Cedar Crest Association and the Eisenhower Foundation.

Kansas HB2387 extends the availability of a 50% income tax credit for contributions to Friends of Cedar Crest Association and the Eisenhower Foundation. The credit applies to contributions made by taxpayers subject to income tax or privilege tax. The credit is available for taxable years starting after December 31, 2020, and before January 1, 2036. The credit cannot exceed the taxpayer's income or privilege tax liability, with a maximum of $25,000 for individual taxpayers and $50,000 for corporate taxpayers or financial institutions.
