This bill amends the Kansas Revised Limited Liability Company Act, the Business Entity Transactions Act, and the Business Entity Standard Treatment Act. It modifies document form, signature, and delivery options for limited liability companies (LLCs). It specifies that a subscription for an LLC interest is irrevocable under certain circumstances. It also modifies requirements related to domestic LLC division, certificates of division, and certificates of amendment of certificate of division.
