HB2304

Kansas HB2304 mandates local governments to report economic development incentive program details to the Secretary of Commerce, who must then post.

Kansas HB2304 requires local governments to report specific information about economic development incentive programs to the Secretary of Commerce. These programs include tax credits, grants, loans, and other incentives. The Secretary must then post this information on a searchable public database. The database must include details such as the names and addresses of recipients, the total amount of incentives, and other relevant data. The bill also mandates that the Secretary of Commerce submit an annual report to the legislature detailing the economic development incentive programs.
