Expands sales tax exemption for domestic and sexual violence programs in Kansas.

Kansas HB2209 amends the sales tax exemption to include purchases by domestic and sexual violence programs. These programs, which are member agencies of the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, will be exempt from sales tax. The bill also repeals the existing section on sales tax exemptions and amends another section to reflect these changes.
