Establishes an advisory commission on Asian-American Pacific Islander affairs in Kansas.

The bill establishes the advisory commission on Asian-American Pacific Islander affairs in Kansas. The commission will be advisory to the governor and part of the governor's office. It will gather information, conduct hearings, and coordinate services for Asian-American Pacific Islanders. The commission will meet at least four times a year and consists of seven members appointed by legislative leaders and the governor. The commission will also have an executive director and may appoint technical advisors.
