This bill amends and repeals sections of Kansas statutes to designate a portion of K-5 highway as the Representative Marvin S Robinson II memorial highway. It also redesignates a portion of Interstate 635 as the Harry Darby memorial highway. The Secretary of Transportation is tasked with placing highway signs and markers to indicate these memorial highways. The bill repeals the existing section K.S.A. 68-1037 and replaces it with new designations.
