Allows transfer of alcoholic beverages between licensed premises with identical ownership.
The bill allows a licensee authorized to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption off premises to transfer alcoholic liquor between licensed premises with identical ownership as the transferring licensee. The transfer is not considered a delivery under Code section 123.46A. The licensee must maintain records of the transfer for three years and make the records accessible to the department of revenue.
