Extends incentives for whole grade sharing and school district reorganization or dissolution until July 1, 2031.

Senate Study Bill 3146 extends the eligibility period for supplementary weighting for school districts that reorganize or dissolve, and for those that share whole grades, until July 1, 2031. This bill allows school districts that reorganize before July 1, 2031, to receive supplementary weighting for up to three years following the reorganization. It also provides a reduced uniform levy as an incentive for school districts that reorganize on or before July 1, 2031.
