This bill modifies the definition of "livestock" to exclude bison and nondomesticated haired sheep when they are being hunted or kept for hunting purposes on a licensed hunting preserve. It also removes these animals from the scope of laws concerning customary animal husbandry practices when injuring or killing livestock.
